How can I get my motor serviced?
If your motor is in the list of motors we are able to repair, fill the service booking form, dismount your motor and send it to us. We will inspect it, let you know its condition, and proceed with the repair if you decide so. All repairs are covered with a 6 month guarantee. We take photos at all steps during the service process, which are attached to the drive unit dossier.
Once your motor gets to our service base, it will be tested on our test bench and its condition will be assessed.
Every part is cleaned in a high-performance industrial-grade ultrasonic cleaner, and inspected afterwards.
We send you a report with the parts that need to be replaced and the total price. On Bosch Gen2 units the main shaft bearings are always replaced as they cannot be removed without damage. All O-rings, seals and circlips are always replaced with new ones.
After the motor is ready, it is reassembled and put on the test bench, where it goes through a test, to ensure everything is working as it should.
We pack the motor and ship it back to you with our free shipping. Shipping usually takes 3-4 days for Germany, France, and Spain.
